Selling Process

Once your home is clean and ready for buyers, I roll up my sleeves and get to work! Here are some of the ways I make your home shine:

Photography – I always have professional photography for the properties I list. Buyers are searching for homes online first and they are drawn in by homes that stand out due to striking photos. If warranted, I will also utilize drone photography.

Online Marketing – I mentioned buyers searching online and according to the National Association of REALTORS, 95% of buyers are doing just that. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of websites your listing will be shown on including REALTOR.com, Zillow, and Redfin.

Social Media – I create ads for my listings and promote them on social media.

Print Marketing –I create house flyers and special feature cards that highlight your home’s best features. I will also create a home book with a lot of information about your home so folks who visit the open house or stop by for a tour will get all the info they need. I will also create just listed cards that alert potential clients that your home is for sale.

Open Houses – Open Houses are a great way to get potential buyers to see your home. When appropriate, I schedule opens when it is a part of my marketing strategy.

Broker to Broker Marketing – I put the professional relationships I have developed to work for you by letting other area brokers (who may have buyers for your home) know that your home may be a perfect match.
